Overview

The 2025 Scheidegger Marktfest was celebrated as usual as a large summer association festival in the center of Scheidegg. The Scheidegg local associations catered to guests, the festival started in the early afternoon with the mayor's beer tapping, followed by stage music, dance performances, a children's program, and a wide culinary offering into the evening.

The previous edition in 2025 continued the established concept of the Scheidegger Marktfest: a summer festival jointly supported by the local associations in the village center, opened with the traditional beer tapping by the mayor. As every year, the festival offered stage music by local bands, dance performances, an extensive children's program with a bouncy castle and children's flea market, as well as Allgäu food and drinks at the association stalls.

For decades, the Marktfest has been a firm social meeting point for locals and spa guests of the climatic health resort Scheidegg, filling the entire village center once a year.

Prices

Free admission. Food and drinks are paid for at the stalls of the local associations.
